Basic Qualifications

  • Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, or related college degree.
  • Proven 3 to 4 years minimum experience in selling software licenses and implementation.
  • Proven experience with CRM, ERP, RPA, BI systems, enterprise databases or other cloud-based systems.
  • Experienced in selling to multiple industries with a clear understanding of their complete business processes and integrating multiple platforms via API.

Preferred Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and industry, including familiarity with their digital business objectives and departmental structure, across multiple industries of varying size.
  • Be a customer advocate and develop a trusted advisor relationship with the customers you support to continue to drive the value of our products and services.
  • Proactively manage the success of our customers through various means of communication including phone calls, emails, newsletters, and meetings.
  • Control the sales lifecycle process by managing, prospecting, qualifying, and holding daily meetings with potential customers from start to close.
  • Document follow-up activities and maintain integrity of information for all activities in Zoho CRM throughout the entire marketing-to-sales lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with marketing to monitor the responses generated from monthly campaigns.
  • Create and provide progress reports within the CRM for commercial objectives.
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate quotes and proposed contracts for customer acceptance.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through service and follow-through, and listen to customers for new opportunities to upsell solutions, as well as consistently expand your portfolio with new customers.
  • Ensure customer resolution and expectations are met or exceeded when handling license renewals, upgrades, and general support.
  • Develop local networking connections. It is preferred to have an existing portfolio of corporate customers in Perú or other Latin American countries.
  • Attain new customer referrals whenever possible.
  • When appropriate, ask existing customers for positive quotes to be used for InterConnecta marketing purposes.

Professional Skills

  • Professional management of interpersonal relationships and excellence in negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Consistent up-to-date knowledge about changes and developments in the industry, particularly Zoho.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation: Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
