In an announcement made by Gartner, the leading research and advisory company said the following:
“The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.”
In order to guarantee a fair evaluation, Gartner has rigorous criteria to recognize vendors that hold a high customer satisfaction rate. Many customers have expressed how their sales have improved because of Zoho CRM, and how easy to customize and reliable it is.
