The program included a revision of the current workflow and processes in place; automating some of the property sales management, creation of workflows, and improving the processes to the main functions: Properties, Listings, Contacts and Activities.
A personalized CRM solution was built to fit Sabre’s commercial real estate needs. This included a customized Properties module and advanced reporting through an integrated Business Intelligence platform.
An organized CRM database proved useful for gaining the control and visibility required to manage multiple real estate agents. Segmentation of properties by different criteria allows Sabre to easily assign properties to agents and detailed reports are useful to periodically measure performance.
