Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

As an Administrative Assistant, you are expected to work with Managers and staff in:

  • Daily organization of receivable and payable Invoices (Facturas), Purchase Orders and internal documentation.
  • Attending phone calls to the office and on behalf of managers in a professional and courteous manner, and logging information in our CRM system.
  • Daily maintenance of our internal Project Management tool, including daily staff timesheets.
  • Assisting with scheduling of meetings and calendar management.
  • Management of internal employee expense tool.
  • Extracting and delivering finance & operations reports from our internal systems.

InterConnecta serves customers of all sizes in the United States, Peru and other countries, so you will be exposed to everyday consulting activities and will learn about how customers in different industries use cloud-baed software to improve sales, customer service and fulfillment processes.


  • Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Availability of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work on some local holidays, but will be able to request time off if needed.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Full English and Spanish knowledge, including good orthography.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Past experience with SUNAT web portal is a plus.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude.
